Since 1966, The Jimmy Jenkins Senior Center (Senior Center) at Kingswood Community Center has been addressing the needs and interests of seniors in our community.

Since 1966, The Jimmy Jenkins Senior Center (Senior Center) at Kingswood Community Center has been addressing the needs and interests of seniors in our community.
The Jimmy Jenkins Senior Center provides a welcoming and comforting environment for ages 55 and over. The Senior Center offers social, physical, and mental health activities, arts and culture workshops, and health information sessions and screenings in addition to healthy meals. We provide a regularly updated calendar of events and activities that engages our seniors that fosters a close knit community.
What we offer:

The Senior Center also organizes its own activities including trips to museums, plays and shopping. We coordinate with other senior centers to give our seniors an opportunity to interact with each other and participate in activities throughout the year.
